Hi one of my worthy LJ readers *coughs:libz47* wanted to see me in a punjabi suit as she said she thought i would look relly pretty. Well I decided I would let her and the rest of you too. This is the one I wore for the changeover. It looks really good.Hope you enjoy.

I don't think ANYBODY looks weird in one, even somewhat-blond-pale-totally-American-looking me. It's a lovely suit and *I* think you're pretty, so there.

I have a churidar kameez and I love it to death (though churidar is not my favorite pant style, and sometimes I wear the kameez with my black cargo pants or jeans even). Somebody my mom works with sews so I'm going to have her copy the kameez for me in other fabrics or at least make me a pattern and I can learn to sew myself--my churidar are black and the dupatta is black-and-white so I can use them with any color kameez.
