Faith: "Nah, that's totally a personal decision, but we gotta get you some nice shoes anyway, whether or not they're high heels," I say with a smile.

Julie: "Ok ok" I say as we look through the shoes, after about an hour I manage to walk out with 15 pairs of shoes.

Faith: I chuckle as we both walk out, our arms bursting with packages. "It's a good damn thing you don't like motorcycles Jules," I tease.

Julie: I giggle "Want to put this in the car and come back in?"

Faith: I bounce some of the boxes in my arms. "That's a great idea," I say, pleased that she's willing to keep on shopping.

Julie: I was hoping that by going to the car we could unload and I could pull the I'm tired lets go home card....wonder if it will work? I get us to the car we get everything in the back and I look at her "Faith...."

Faith: "What's up Jules?"

Julie: "I am exhausted, can we go home?"

Faith: I put my hands on my hips and look at her. "Bullshit, Jules. You're just trying to get out of shopping," I say with a smile.

Julie: I feign innocence "I don't know what you are talking about."

Faith: "Yuh huh," I say, grabbing her hand as we walk back to the mall. "What do you say we grab something to eat and then we'll hit some jewelry and lingerie shops?"

Julie: "I can eat at home...I am not quite ready for this kind of food." I say "And ok fine."

Faith: "Ahh, good point. How about a fruit smoothie then?" I say, pulling her to the Orange Julius counter.

Julie: I look at her pleadingly "Please, I will get something at home, a water is just fine right now."

Faith: "No prob, Jules." I order a large Orange Julius for myself and a large water for her. "All set, jewelry now," I say with a smile.

Julie: I shake my head "not a jewelry girl...I do need clothes though."

Faith: "No problem. We should probably pick you up some swimming suits as well, this is the land of the beach after all."

Julie: "I don't know how to swim."

Faith: "Lemme share a little secret with ya, swimming suits are less about the swimming and more about the suits," I say with a smile. "Besides, we've got that kick ass pool too. I'm sure we can teach you to swim, if you wanna learn, I mean."

Julie: "Is it wrong I want to learn in the ocean" I say softly

Miranda I didn't know what Julie had or didn't had, but it wouldn't hurt to buy her a few things here and there...oh hell, I just feel like spoiling her.

Faith: I shake my head. "Not at all Jules. I love swimming in the ocean."

Julie: I smile "Cool."

Faith: "So, sassy bikini's, sexy lingerie, then casual clothes?" I say with a wink.

Dax "Mooom. How many clothes are you going to buy her? You don't ever buy me this many clothes..."
Julie: "Umm, Ok." I say softly and nervously.

Faith: "Fine, we'll get clothes first," I say, steering her to one of the department stores.

Craig "Now son, you are far more fortunate than Julie is. She needs things like clothes. I just don't want to know what the credit card bill is going to look like. Don't even let me see the receipt, honey."

Julie: "Fine fine" I say with a smile "I am at your mercy"

Faith: "Why thank you, madam," I tease, heading toward the casual clothes.

Miranda I smiled. "Don't worry. I have plenty of experience not showing you receipts." I chuckled. "Oh this is cute. She'll like this.”

Julie: I walk around the corner and see my mom "Who will like what? I know you aren't shopping for me."

Craig "Miranda, I'll let you take this one."

Miranda "Well, you know...just thought I could buy you an outfit or two..." I said, embarrassed that I was caught. "So how are you doing, sweetie?"

Faith: I smile as I see Julie's mom and step dad along with Dax. "How you guys doin'?" I ask, stepping out beside Julie.

Dax "Mom, you're buying her like a truckload of clothes." I said, seeing Julie and Faith. "Hi Julie and...hey Faith."

Julie: I smile "You are not spoiling me mom." I say firmly

Faith: I chuckle, "Yeah, that's Groo's job," I tease.

Craig "I"m afraid she is. I tried to talk her out of it." Miranda elbowed me. "But we did want to do something for you."

Miranda "Hey, Groo cannot spoil you all by himself. As your mom, I have the right to spoil you if I want to."

Julie: "You could just...I dont know...cook all my meals."

Dax "That's a lot of cooking since she already cooks of our meals." I smiled. "But you could come over and eat with us."

Faith: "I'm all for that if all your meals are as good as those enchiladas Dax was nice enough to share with me," I say with a smile.

Craig "It's the reason I have to work hard to maintain my figure. I'd have a huge belly if I let myself go with all that great food." I tease.

Miranda I chuckle. "Look, I am going to do this for you. You need clothes. And I don't mind buying them for you. I don't mind getting you what you need and more, sweetie."

Julie: "Umm mom..you haven't seen the back of the suv, I am set on m ost things right now." I joke.

Dax "You've filled up a whole SUV full of stuff? Is Groo a billionaire or something?"

Craig "I'm kind of curious too. I didn't know Groo was wealthy."

Julie: "I don't ask anymore. I have orders to get what I wish for and what I need."

Faith: I look at Julie, "Damn right," I say with a smile.

Miranda "Well he may order you around, but he does not order me around. Surely there must be something I can buy you." My eyes pleaded with her. "I have 15 years of no gifts at Christmas and on your birthday to make up for."

Julie: "You could buy me a porsch" I joke getting smacked by Faith

Dax "Hey if she's getting a porsche, I want one too." I joke.

Faith: I laugh loudly and look at them. "That's the only thing Groo's said no to her about up to now," I explain.

Miranda "No one's getting a porsche." I said with a smile. "Julie, I want to buy you things. Groo can't just do everything for you." I was starting to become afraid that Groo would take her away from me completely.

Julie: I pull her aside 'Mom, we need to talk" I say giving faith a look that says distract the men.

Faith: I nod at Julie slightly, grabbing Craig and Dax by thier shoulders, turning them the other direction. "So, let's see what we can find for Jules, yeah?"

Dax She's touching me. I will do whatever she wants. "Yeah...uh, sure."

Craig "Okay...we can do that, though, our eye for fashion isn't as sharp as Miranda's."

Miranda "Okay. But I'm warning you. You inherited your stubborn streak from me."

Faith: I chuckle. "Well, why don't we pick out something simple like jeans?"

Julie: I smile "So then it might end with bickering, I can deal with that. Mom, Groo was the first person that I met here, he has take me in, shown me love, this is a man who bought over 600 dollars in roses and other flowers to show me how much he loves me. He is still never going to keep me from you...just because I don't want you to spoil me is no because I want him to, I just can't seem to stop him." I continue as I take her hand in mine. "If you want to do something for me, please don't buy clothes, right now as it sits I have to have someone build me a new closet...." I look away "I do want to redo the house, but this isn't an open invitation for you to go wild and buy everything, atleast please let me choose?"

Miranda "Okay...as long as I don't have to ask his permission to help you redo the house. And I am buying all the supplies. He is not spend to a cent on helping you redo the house. It's only fair."

Julie: I giggle "And you think he is possessive."

Miranda "It just makes me nervous, this guy you barely know showering you with gifts and anything you want. I mean he's nice, but I just wonder sometimes...and your father pretty much did the same thing to me."

Julie: "Ok honestly, was he nice the way Groo is? Was he proper the way Groo is? Did he buy you 600 dollars of flowers just because he couldn't decide which meaning fit most?"

Miranda "No...not really...wow is that romantic. But still. There's a saying, Julie, if it's too good to be true, it usual is too good. I just don't want you to get hurt down the line. I'll have to chop him into little pieces after I torture him and cut off his family jewels."

Julie: "Ok how about this...He has endured me spitting food on him, kicking him, hitting him, breaking his nose..well ok almost, almost killing myself, no normal man would last a day in that. >

Julie: He would have cut his losses a long time ago."

Miranda "More good points." I sighed. "I really like him, Julie. I really want you to be happy. I just want to be part of that happiness."

Julie: "And you will" I say squeezing her hand. "Always." I whisper.

Miranda "And to tell you truth, men like Groo and Craig are rare. We are both lucky, Julie, very lucky." I gave her a hug.

Julie: I hug her back. "I love you mom."

Miranda "I love you too, sweetheart. I love you so much."

Julie: "Want to see what he made me buy?"

Miranda "You must lack my shopping gene. Craig never has to force me to buy anything." I laugh. "Sure. I'd love to see what you have so far."

Julie: "I just can't see wasting 400 dollars on a cell phone, no matter how much I want it." I say honestly as I hand her the phone.

Miranda "Wow. This is four hundred dollars? So fancy...oh look, the screen moves, how neat..." I pulled myself from the phone. "If you're going to get use of it, why not? It's his money."

Julie: "I just wonder is all. But its ok, I wasn't allowed to not come home with it." I smiled "He is stubborn."

Miranda "I can't believe I'm encouraging you to spend this man's money, but, well if he's going to be spoil you then at least you'll be spoiled and that's what you deserve."

Julie: I smile "you two sound alike...now lets find Faith and Craig and Dax. I want to get this whole shopping expierence over with."

Miranda "Okay. I wonder what they got up to?" I said with a smile. I took her hand. "Let's go rescue the men who like shopping less than you do."

Julie: I smile and follow finding Faith showing them jeans and such. "Well, I see you couldn't wait to continue shopping could you?"

Dax "Faith, uh, she wanted to look at jeans."

Craig "Yes, and we find some nice ones, too."

Julie: I giggle "Uh huh, sure" I say with a smile.

Faith: I laugh, "Got several picked out, for both of us. Dax has a good eye for clothes."

Dax I blushed a bit. "Not really...mom picks out my clothes, usually..."

Miranda "Takes after his mom, he does. So am I allowed to buy the jeans or is that on Groo's tab?"

Craig "Apparently everything's okay with you two, that's good."

Faith: "Well, some of them are mine, so those are on my tab," I say, taking the jeans from her. "But, I doubt Groo would mind, he just wants her to have everything she likes, I don't think he cares who buys them."

Miranda "Yes, we're fine, hon. And Faith, I insist on buying those jeans for you and Julie." I took them back from her.

Faith: I shake my head. "Really, I couldn't, it's okay, I've got money," I say, trying to take my jeans from her at least.

Miranda I avoided her takeback. "No, sweetie, I'm buying this for you. You're a friend of Julie's, so by association, I get to do nice things for you too." I headed towards the register.

Julie: "mom, just let her..you can't make everyone your willing child."

Craig "Oh just watch her." I said with a wry chuckle.

Dax "She wants to be everyone's mom, I swear."

Julie: I feel bad I just shrug to Faith "Sorry"

Faith: I frown and watch Julie's mother buy several pair of jeans for me. I look at Julie, "Why would she do that?"

Dax I turn to Faith. "She's just trying to be nice."

Faith: "But why? She doesn't even know me," I say softly.

Julie: "She likes you" I say plainly. I know Faith's history...its hard for her to get. "Its hard for me to understand why she would be nice to me too...I just go with it."

Dax "If I had money, I'd buy you something nice. I mean...you're Julie's friend and all..."

Faith: I smile at Dax and give him a hug. "Thanks, you're a good guy."

Groo: I take a deep breath and pick up my cellular phone. I dial Dr. Gordon's number and wait for him to pick up. I believe part of me hopes he will not answer.

Craig I was going to say something when my cellphone rang. I answered it, not recognizing the number. "Hello, Dr. Gordon speaking."

Groo: I jump a bit, not expecting him to answer. "Dr. Gordon, it is The Groosalugg. I was hoping I could speak with you, is this a bad time?"

Julie: I look at him...I hope he doesn't have to go to work. "You think he will have to go to work?" I ask Dax and Faith

Faith: I shrug. "How the hell should I know?" I laugh.

Craig "Oh, Groo. No, this isn't a bad time. I have today off. Miranda and I have actually run into Julie and Miranda's buying some jeans for Julie and Faith right now. What did you want to talk about?"

Julie: "Groo? Why is Groo calling you?" I ask worried

Groo: I become much more nervous once I hear he is with Julie. "I, um, nothing. I shall speak with you later, I am sorry for have interrupting your afternoon."

Craig Well this is odd. He sounds so nervous. "Tell you what, Groo. Why don't you come over to our house for dinner tonight. We can talk then. We'd love have to have you."

Groo: "Thank you for the invitation, Dr. Gordon, but I was hoping to take Julie out to a nice meal. I originally had hoped to speak with you and Mrs. Gordon alone," I say.

Julie: I take the phone from Craig and speak in. "You ok? You aren't leaving me are you?" I ask

Craig "Okay then." I said after Julie took the phone. "Sweetie, I think everything's okay."

Groo: "What? Julie? No! Of course not, why would you think that," I say, very surprised to hear her voice in the phone.

Miranda I returned with the purchased jeans. "What's going on?"

Julie: "Then why are you calling Craig?" I ask worried

Faith: I look at Miranda, confused. "I have no idea. Evidentally Groo called him and Jules is flipping out."

Groo: "My sweet Julie, if I were going to leave you, do you not think I would inform you and not speak with your step-father about it?"

Dax "I wish she'd calm down...she's kind of like you, mom."

Julie: "I don't know" I say calming down "You are a strange man after all." I sigh "I will let you talk to him now, if you want to postpone dinner its ok, we can go tomorrow."

Groo: "I do not, I wish to take you out tonight, my love," I say gently. "I love you, I desire to show you nice things."

Julie: "Groo, when you get your credit card bill you will see I grasp that...dinner isn't that important." I explain

Miranda "No kidding. At least she's calming down. Oh, here's your jeans, sweetie." I said, handing Faith her jeans. "Hey, if you ever need anything or someone to talk to, you can call us, okay?"

Groo: I chuckle. "I am pleased to hear that. But dinner is important to me. I wish to take you some place nice," I explain.

Julie: I sigh "Ok ok, do you want Craig now?"

Faith: I take the bag from her, looking down at it in my hands. "Um, I don't know what to say."

Groo: "Please, I love you."

Miranda "You don't have to say anything. It's okay. I'm being smothering, I'm sorry."

Julie: "I love you too...but don't think I won't be asking questions when I come home....I mean if thats ok." I add with a smile.

Faith: I shake my head. "No, I just... My mom died when I was like Carly's age," I say with a shrug as if it explains everything.

Julie: I hear mom and take her hand as I wait for Groo's response.

Groo: I laugh. "You are a touble maker, my love. I shall see you soon."

Miranda "Oh...sweetie I'm sorry to hear that. But you know, you seemed to have turned out okay."

Faith: I give her a small smile. "It's cool, it was a long time ago."

Julie: "Yes sir." I hand the phone back to Craig giving him the details when you hang up please look. I then turn to mom and Faith and Dax "she just isn't used to people caring mom."

Craig "Groo. I trust everything is okay with you and Julie?"

Faith: I chuckle and smack her shoulder playfully. "Right back atcha, Jules."

Julie: "Yeah yeah"

Miranda "You two seem to have a lot in common, that's good." I said, glad Julie had such a good friend.

Groo: "Certainly. That is actually what I desired to speak with you and Mrs. Gordon about, but I do not wish to discuss it over the phone. Would it be possible to meet with you in

Groo: person? I understand you are both quite busy."

Craig "Sure, sure. We're not too busy for you, Groo. Why don't I talk to Miranda and then we'll set up a time? How does that sound?"

Groo: I smile. "I would appreciate that. If you are not too busy this afternoon would be great, after you are done shopping, of course."

Craig I looked at Miranda. "Hold on a second, Groo. Miranda, would this afternoon be better or tomorrow?" She said today. "How does today sound, Groo. Say, this afternoon. I get off early from work."

Groo: "That is very gracious of you. Thank you. Shall I visit your home or meet somewhere else?"

Craig "Come over to our house in a couple of hours. We'll talk to you then."

Groo: "Thank you. I shall be there. Enjoy your day until then."

Julie: "Ok why does he want to talk to you...I don't like this."

Craig "We will, see you in a few hours." I hung up. "I don't know sweetie. But it's nice that he wants to talk to us. I like him for that."

Miranda "Yeah, you could be dating a guy that wants to avoid us, but you're not. Be happy, hon."

Julie: "Unless he is actually leaving me."

Miranda "And why would he be foolish enough to tell us first? Do you not remember what I said about him hurting you?"

Faith: "Have you fallen and hit your head or something?" I ask her. "He's not leaving you Jules."

Craig "I agree with Faith. Not on the head hitting part of course. But I don't believe he's leaving you."

Dax "He's a good guy, like my dad." I said. "At least I think so."

Faith: I smile at Dax. "He is."

Julie: I smile "I hope you are right."

Faith: "Lemme clue you in on something, Jules. I'm always right," I say with a smile.

Julie: "Uh huh, sure, if you wanna believe that."

Faith: I chuckle, "Just ask X, he'll tell ya." I wink at her.

Miranda I smiled. "So, did you girls have any other plans today?"

Faith: "A couple more shops. Not sure if the boys here could handle it though," I say with a wicked grin.

Julie: "I still have a few more things to get."

Dax X? Is that her nickname for Brandon? I wasn't sure, but I thought so. Not like I was going to ask. "You can always come to dinner if you want. I'm kind of shopped out."

Julie: "I can't actually...Groo is insisting on taking me to dinner, hence the shopping"

Craig "Oh okay, well, whenever you want to come over you can. And don't worry about Groo, Julie. I won't grill him too much."

Faith: I laugh. "Yeah, it's sooo terrible for the man you love to want to take you out to a nice dinner."

Miranda "Yes, that is a standing invitation. For the both of you." I gave Julie a hug. "You have fun shopping with Faith, sweetie."

Julie: "Y.You can join us." I say softly

Faith: "As long as you keep your money in your pocket, for me at least," I add.

Craig "We'll talk to Groo, and join you some other time. You and Groo should have a nice time by yourselves."

Julie: "No I mean shopping Craig" I said

Miranda "We have to get home. Groo will be over in a couple of hours and I have laundry and other household chores these two and my other kids will be helping with. You go on and have fun with Faith."

Faith: I lift the bag and look at Miranda. "I never said thanks, so, um, thanks," I say, blushing slightly.

Miranda "You're very welcome, Faith. Like I said, you ever need anything, just call us."

Faith: "I'll try, can't make any promises though," I say.

Craig "I'm glad we ran into you two today. My wallet thanks you." I chuckle. I give Julie a hug. "We'll see you soon, sweetie. And that's okay, Faith, just know that we're there if you need us."

Julie: "Mom...if you want, I can come get the kids so you can talk alone with Groo..." I suggest

Faith: I laugh when he says his wallet thanks her. "Thanks Dr. Even if I never take you up on it, I appreciate it."

Miranda "You think you can handle all three kids yourself? You are a brave girl." I chuckle. "I guess that would be okay. They would be on their best behavior, I promise."

Julie: "They could comeover, swim if they want, there is a media room, or whatever Edward called it..."

Faith: "Oh c'mon, a couple of Slayers can handle three kids, right Jules?" I say, wrapping my arm around Dax's shoulders. "You guys won't give us any trouble, right?"

Dax "I'll make sure Cole and Carly don't cause too much trouble, mom. Please?"

Miranda I blinked. It never occurred to me that Faith was slayer too. "Oh uh, well okay. Sounds like they'll have a lot of fun and I could use kid free time."

Craig "Carly will love the pool, that kid thinks she's a fish half the time." I chuckle.

Julie: "They can stay overnight, we definatly have the room."

Faith: "Not that I mind keeping them myself, I totally don't, but you've got a date tonight Jules," I remind her.

Julie: "How long can dinner take?" I ask "And didn't the other three move in?" I ask

Miranda "There's other people at your house?" I asked, curious.

Faith: "There's a LOT of people at the house. It's a big place though," I say. "And yeah, they moved in, but I'm not about to volunteer someone else for duty."

Julie: "Two other watchers and another slayer..." I say "I can talk to Christine...I think thats her name, but honestly, its up to you Faith."

Faith: "I really don't mind, gotta work off these jeans somehow, right?" I say, only half teasing.

Miranda "No, Faith, please don't think that." I told her.

Faith: "I'm just kidding, mostly."

Miranda "Well don't ever think you have to, okay? And we'll go home and pack the kids overnight bags. You're really sweet, the both of you, for doing this. They're going to love it."

Faith: I shrug. "We'll have fun, swimming, coloring, watching movies you'd never allow them to see, taking candy from strangers, you know, the standards."

Julie: "oh and running with scissors right?"

Faith: "Ohh, good one," I say with a grin.

Craig "That could backfire, you know. They may not want to come home. You could be stuck with them." I teased.

Faith: I laugh and shrug, "Hey, they'd get bored with it eventually, get hungry for something other than chocolate cake," I tease back.

Julie: i giggle "We will come get them on the way home."

Miranda "Alright, they'll be ready. You two have fun. We'll see you later."

Dax "Cool, I can't wait to see this house..."

Faith: I lean over and whisper to Julie. "I think he just can't wait to see the pool."

Craig "You'll see it soon enough, son. Let's go." I said as we started to walk away. "See you girls later."

Dax As I walked away, I wondered if Faith was going to swim. Would she wear a bikini?

Julie: Once they were gone "I am thinking he can't wait to see you in a bikini"

Faith: I laugh. "Maybe I should get a one piece?"

Julie: "Don't do that..." I say "Give Brandon something to be jealous of."

Faith: I chuckle. "Good point. Make up sex is pretty hot," I say with a grin. "Come on, we gotta get you a couple of suits too, and don't forget the lingerie."

Julie: "Ok should I be worried you want me in lingerie so bad?"

Faith: I laugh heartily. "You are somethin' else Jules. Trust me, it's not for me, I'll be picking out some of my own."

Julie: "You sayin you aren't hitting on me? I'm hurt" I joke. I would be lying if I didn't admit to finding her sexy.

Faith: I turn and look at her, giving her a sexy look, taking a step into her personal space. "You want me to be?" I ask with a wicked grin.

Julie: "Maybe" I say with a wicked grin.

Faith: I lick my lips and put a hand on her hip, leaning over to breathe into her ear. "You've got sass. I like that in a girl."

Julie: My eyes close, I actually like this and thats bad....

Faith: I grin wickedly and pull away. "But, we have more shopping to do."

Julie: "You are evil" I say breathlessly. "Ok shopping, yes, shopping"

Faith: "We can pick that up later," I say as I take her hand.

Julie: "Huh....Oh yes, umm ok" I say as she drags me off to nordstroms.

Faith: "All right, hit the swimming suits first, what do you think?" I ask, steering her behind me.

Julie: "You're the boss" I say softly

Faith: "Not so much, just your friend," I say honestly. "Let's hit the bikini's first," I say with a grin.

Julie: "Today you are the boss, remember, not allowed to say no to you?"

Faith: "Mmm, it's a good thing I'm a nice person or I might take advantage of that," I say sassily.

Julie: "Who says you can't?"

Faith: I groan softly. "Damn Jules, you're a sassy one."

Julie: "I am at that." I say with a smile as we walk over to the swimsuits and she hands me four immediatly...Ok so I was staring at them...

Faith: "You wanna try them on? Have you ever had a suit before?" I ask, picking up several suits for myself.

Julie: "I wasn't allowed out of my cage and chains for more than school" I say a bit too loud.

Faith: "I'll take that as a no," I say, resisting the urge to shush her. "We should try them on, then. How they fit is totally a personal preference."

Julie: "Ok...but I don't have to leave the changing room do I?"

Faith: "No, not at all. I mean, if you want my opinion on it I can come in there, but it's totally up to you," I say with a smile.

Julie: I relax "Ok."

Faith: I pull her to the dressing rooms, shoving her in one as I walk in the one right next to it. "Get to it," I say to her through the thin wall. I pull on my first suit and walk out, looking in the three way mirror. "This makes my ass look good," I say with a chuckle.

Julie: We try them on and Faith looks as if I look good in them so we get them all and head to the other departments and find some sexy things for Groo and I and lots of clothes..atleast 8 bags worth.

Faith: "Okay, I think we have officially shopped till we dropped," I say as we return to the car.

Julie: I think a moment "Wait, there is one more thing...but can you wait here?" I ask softly

Faith: "You sure?" I ask. I know she's not exactly comfortable in crowds by herself.

Julie: "I am positive."

Faith: "All right, I'll pull up and wait for you at the fron, yeah?"

Julie: "Thank you...." I say softly as I hug her "For everything."

Faith: I hug her tightly, closing my eyes. "No prob, Jules. That's what friends are for."

Julie: I kiss her cheek and bound off in the mall immediatly calling Groo from my new cell phone when I am out of her sight.

Groo: I am preparing to go to the Gordon's house when I hear my cellular phone ring. I pick it up and do not recognize the number. "Hello?"

Julie: "Hey Sir" I said happily.

Groo: "My sweet Julie. I see you have purchased a cellular phone," I say with a smile. "Are you having a good time with Faith?"

Julie: "Yes...and we will be talking later all about that, but I want to get something for her, something she didn't see me noticing her looking at...but its very expensive..."

Groo: "What is it, my love?" I ask, pleased that she is getting along so well with Faith.

Julie: "I..Its a phone like mine, but not the same exact one...."

Groo: "That is very thoughtful. You should purchase it for her if you believe she would enjoy it," I say.

Julie: "Thank you Sir...I will pay you back." I say softly

Groo: "There is no need, my love. I love you."

Julie: "Thank you" I whisper "I love you." I add "And wanted to ask, since i already said they could, can the kids stay tonight if Faith doesn't mind entertaining them while we are at dinner."

Groo: I smile. "I believe that would be quite an adventure," I say. "It is a great idea."

Julie: "Thank you....I will see you in a while, and your credit card may be broken by the time I am done."

Groo: I laugh. "I am unconcerned. I shall see you soon, my love."

Julie: "Thank you Sir." I say and hang up running to the store telling the clerk what I wanted and the number to put it under she nodded and smiled.

Faith: I start to get a little worried, she's been in there for a while. I pull out my phone and dial Julie's number, but my phone just beeps at me. I look at it, I have a full battery. "What the fuck?"

Julie: Once the clerk is done I smile and thank her and head back to the car finding her confused. "Whats wrong? Phone doesn't work?"

Faith: "Yeah, I know I paid the bill. I'll just have to call customer service when we get home I guess." I shrug. "No big, I'm sure it's just a glitch," I say with a smile.

Julie: I hand her a bag "You might want to look in here...it might help."

Faith: I look over at her, confused. "Uh, okay?" I say, taking the bag from her. I open it and my mouth drops open. "What??"

Julie: "Don't try to say no, don't try to fight it, its a gift from Groo and I." I say

Faith: "Julie, it's too much. My other phone is fine, well it was fine," I say, shaking my head. "I mean, it's not even my birthday or anything."

Julie: "So?"

Faith: I turn and hug her hard, kissing her cheeks over and over. "You really are something else," I say.

Julie: I giggle "You are silly..." I say as I look to the car then back to her "Can I drive?" I ask

Faith: I giggle. "Never been called that before." I say, turning the key in the ignition. "Uh, I thought you said you didn't know how to drive?"

Julie: "I don't, but you could teach me." I say with a wicked smile.

Faith: I laugh. "I guess I could. I think this thing's got full coverage, so we should be good to go. C'mon, I'll give you your first lesson," I say with a smile.

Julie: I giggle with excitment What she doesn't know is I have driven...once. "Ok, I'm ready" I say getting in the drivers seat, checking the mirrors and putting my hands on 10 and 2

Faith: "Okay, so, that's good," I say. "You do know what pedal does what, right?"

Julie: "Yes..." I said "I had to drive the ass to the hospital once."

Faith: "Ahh, too bad," I say, only half joking. "Well, you're ahead of most then. Just pull out nice and easy, if you start to get nervous, we can switch, okay?"

Julie: "Ok" I say as I do as I am told "This is easy so far."

Faith: "We're still in the parking lot, Jules," I tease. "You're doing good, actually."

Julie: I pull out on to the street with ease "You were saying?"

Faith: "Full of surprises, Jules," I say, pushing some of her hair behind her shoulder.

Julie: I resist the urge to close my eyes and lean into her touch "Faith..."

Faith: "Yes?" I ask, afraid of what she might say.

Julie: "You have to stop that..." I said softly

Faith: "Stop what?" I ask, letting my hand travel down her arm. I know exactly what she means, but I can't seem to make myself stop.

Julie: "That" I pull over in a parking lot "Faith...i want to kiss you and it makes me feel guilty because I love Groo, but I also like when you do that.'

Faith: I shudder when she admits she wants to kiss me. "Good to know I'm not the only one," I say softly. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable and stuff."

Julie: "You didn't...just guilty. I can't keep this from him, is that ok?"

Faith: "I wouldn't expect you to, I'll be telling X about it too, I hope that's okay with you too," I say. "Of course, it will probably just make him hot."

Julie: I giggle "I am ok with that...thank you." I whisper leaning in and give her a small kiss on the cheek.

Faith: I feel my breath catch in my chest as she kisses my cheek, it takes every bit of will power not to kiss her mouth. Instead I lean over and kiss her cheek, almost the corner of her mouth.

Julie: "I can't Faith..." I whisper longing to kiss her "Not until I talk to Groo..W..We should go get the kids."

Faith: I feel my heart beating hard in my chest. "I know. I know. Yes, children. Children keep us safe," I say.

Julie: I smile and unable to stop myself I kiss her softly

Faith: I whimper as her lips touch mine softly, my hand stroking her long hair. I want to kiss her deeper, taste her, but there may not be any going back from that.

Julie: I pull back "Sorry...Kids, yes, lets go" I say as I quickly drive to Miranda and Craigs house.

Faith: I shiver and pull away, looking out the windshield. "I really think I should have gotten a one piece. Or gotten you a one piece," I say with a wicked grin. "You in a bikini,

Faith: not sure I can control myself," I tease.

Miranda "Okay, you are to be on your best behavior, understand? Have fun and be safe."

Julie: I smile "Maybe not, maybe that was the plan."

Julie: I say as I get out of the car and rush up the walk.

Carly "Yes mommy. I'll be good."

ScaperDawn: Cole and Dax: "We'll be good."

Faith: I groan and cover my face. "She's gonna kill me," I say to no one as I wait in the car.

Craig "Good. I just know you'll have a good time over at Julie's. You be sure to thank her for letting you all go to her house, okay?"

Julie: I got to the door and rang the bell. Breathe Julie, just breathe.

Miranda "There she is. Come on. You should have everything you need, you know our phone numbers. You two keep an eye on your sister, okay?" I said as I walked them to the door.

Carly "Yay, we get to visit Julie! And go swimming!"

Julie: I smile when I hear that. "They have enough to sleep over?"

Miranda "Yes, they do. Thanks again, Julie, you're so sweet to do this."

Cole "Yeah, this will be fun. No mom and dad around!"

Faith: I take slow deep breaths, trying to utilize the lame breathing exercizes they taught us in prison for relaxation. All I can think about is her lips on mine, seeing her in one of the tiny swimming suits. "Christ, Faith, get a grip!" I tell myself, looking in the mirror.

Carly I run up to Julie and hug her. "I can't wait to see your house and your pool!"

Dax "Yeah, it'll be fun. Is Faith in the car?"

Julie: "Yes, she is..." I say softly as I hugged Carly. "Lets go"

Carly "Okay, bye mommy and daddy!"

Cole "We're out of here! See ya!"

Dax "Bye mom and dad. See you later." I headed out.

Miranda "Behave or you're grounded for life! I mean it!" I told them.

Craig "Miranda, they'll be good. They like Julie."

Faith: I see Carly hugging Julie and smile, then the boys break into a dead run to the car. "Hey Dax, Cole," I say as they get in.

Julie: I walk with them to the car and we all get in me in the drivers seat.

Cole "Hey Faith. This is so cool."

Dax "Hi...hi Faith." I said, I have got to stop being so nervous around her.

Carly "Hiya Faith!" I give her a hug then sit down between my brothers. "I'm so excited! This will be so much fun!"

Faith: "You guys ready for some fun? I don't know about you but I could use a dip in the pool," I say with a wicked grin at Julie. I look at Julie. "You okay to drive with them?" I ask her softly.

Julie: "Actually....You better drive." I say

Faith: "No problem," I say, walking around to the drivers seat.

Dax "Why can't you drive, Julie?"

Carly "I wisih I could drive. But mommy says I'm too young."

Faith: "She doesn't have her liscense with her," I say, not wanting her to have to answer.

Julie: "Its ok Faith..." i look back to Dax "I have only driven twice..." I admit

Cole "Only twice? Wow...are you going to practice and get your license someday?"

Julie: "Maybe" I say

Dax "Groo will probably buy you a cool car too."

Faith: "But not a Porsche," I laugh.

Julie: "He said a sensible car." I said "No porsche for me." I joke

Carly "I want a pink car when I grow up."

Dax "You want everything to be pink. I wouldn't mind having a porshe. They're cool."

Cole "I want a big truck. I love trucks."

Julie: "Hey Carly...look what I got" I say showing her my pink phone.

Carly "It's pink! Oh that's so cool! Can I see it?"

Julie: "No calling tai land ok" I say as I hand her the phone.

Faith: "Ahh, you guys just don't know the classics! Give me a '57 Chevy any day," I say with a grin.

Carly "It's so cute! Oooh...I want one!" I said, looking it over.

Julie: "Sorry honey, you don't need one."

Carly "I still want it! It's pink!"

Faith: "Wanna see mine?" I ask, handing it to Dax. "I think mine's cooler," I tease.

Dax "Wow, this is cool..." I said. "The screen moves. I love it! I wish my mom would let me have one..."

Julie: "Dude, mine is so much better" I say defensivly

Cole "They're both cool, except I don't like pink."

Faith: I laugh, and pat her leg, shuddering slightly. "Yours kicks a lot of ass, I have to agree."

Julie: "More than yours" I ask

Faith: I slide my hand up slightly, "More than mine," I say before pulling my hand away.

Dax "I agree with Cole, Faith's is cooler." I said, handing the phone back to Faith.

Carly "Nuh uh! Julie's is way cooler!"

Julie: I giggle fighting a moan and take mine back. "Why don't we get to the house.

Faith: "Good plan," I say, driving to the house. I climb out of the car, openning the hatch. "Hey Dax, give us a hand with all these packages?"

Dax I get my bag. "Okay." I said, getting out of the car.

Cole Carly and I got our bags and got out of the car. "Wow, this is a nice house."

Julie: "And cole" I say with a smile "I will get Groo too" I rush inside breathless then remember he isn't here. I run into Kit and beg him to help.

Carly "I like it. It's a pretty house."

ScaperDawn: Kit: I agree to help and head out to the car with Julie.

Faith: I hand him several bags of shoes, "Thanks Dax," I say, filling my arms with the long dresses, shoving as many bags in my hands as I can. I don't think we've even made a dent in the bags yes.

Carly "Hi. I'm Carly, who are you?" I said when I saw Julie walk out with a man.

Julie: "This is Kit, and he is helping" I say as I grab more bags and rush in.

ScaperDawn: Kit: I smile. "What she said. It's nice to meet you, Carly."

Carly "Cool." I say as he gets some bags and brings them into the house. "Wow that's a lot of stuff."

Faith: "Kit, I'm Faith, we haven't met yet but I live here too," I say, offering him my hand as I walk out after depositing my bags in the house.

Dax "She wasn't kidding about having an SUV full." I said as I brought what I had in my arms to the house.

Julie: I come back out and pass Faith, my hand brushes against hers and i shudder

ScaperDawn: Kit: "Nice to meet you, Faith. I have heard of you...you're calmer and not quite as insane as you were made out to be."

Julie: My eyes grew wide and I gave him a look. "Lets not talk about this in front of my sister and brothers please."

Faith: I laugh and give him a wink. "Well, this is my first impression personality," I say.

Carly I grabbed a bag, it was all I could carry besides my bag and I ran to catch up with them.

Dax I was a bit confused, but decided not to ask. "I like your personality." I told Faith.

Faith: I feel more like kicking his teeth in for being presumptuous, but I'm playing nice. I fill my arms up with bags again, smiling at Dax. "Thanks."

Dax "You're welcome...does Julie have a place to put all of this stuff?"

Julie: I walk by with 6 hang bags "Yes, I do..."

Faith: I chuckle. "And if not there's a lot of spare bedrooms."

Carly I grab another bag. "I don't anyone with this much stuff. Wow."

ScaperDawn: *don't know

Faith: "You and me both, Carly," I say as I pick her up, carrying her back out to the car.

Cole "I thought we were going to have fun, not work." I said as we continued to unload the car.

Dax "She can't get all of this stuff out by herself, Cole."

Faith: "Swimming after this, I promise. If you're nice there could even be snacks," I say, loading up their arms again.

Julie: A bit annoyed I look to Cole "Why don't you go inside and sit down."

Julie: I say as I grab another four bags.

Cole "No, I'll help. Sorry." I said, bringing more stuff inside.

Carly I took two bags. "I like helping."

Faith: I smile at Carly, finally taking the last several bags out of the back slamming the door shut. "You're a great helper."

Julie: I look at the room full of stuff. "Ok I think we got too much."

Carly "Wow...it is a lot." I said putting down my last two bags.

Dax "You're going to need a really big closet."

Julie: I point to my closet "Thats where most of it will go" I say and to a smaller closet "And that one for the dresses, I still say I went overboard."

Faith: I laugh and hug Julie without thinking. "We'll find some place for it all. Why don't we all get changed into our swimming suits and we can put them away later," I suggest.

Carly "I don't know what I'd do if I had all of this stuff. Wow."

Dax "Groo really spoiled you."

Cole "Groo bought all of this stuff for her? Wow."

Julie: "I have to get ready for tonight." I say leaning against Faith to whisper "And probably eat something."

Carly "Swimming! I want to go swimming!" I said, really excited. "I'm already wearing my swimsuit!"

Dax "I have to change into mine. Is there a boys room here?"

Faith: "Ahh, I forgot. You should do that. Both," I say, squeezing her hand. "I've got this, Jules."

Julie: "You don't mind?" I ask longing to lay down feeling tired

Cole "Yeah, mom wouldn't let me wear mine."
