I had spoken to Christine and Kit briefly when I returned home, I had the sudden urge to change and go find someone who could help me out with a way to relax and I had a feeling that with half the girls on the campus being the same as me they could show me a few things. I wasn't sure if this would be okay with my Watcher's but I thought that I would be mixing or attempting to make some friends that it wouldn't be a problem ( ... )

I wasn't even paying attention, I had seen some girls come in to start working out, and they needed some serious guidance, well a few of them; some of them could handle their own.

I wasn't paying attention, I had way to much on my mind...I miseed Cayleigh...I had never gone without talking to my sister and spending time with her, she was my best friend...the fact is she was pretty much my only friend.

I didn't realize I had worked up quite a sweat and was beating the hell out of the punching bag until I heard a familiar voice. I had kicked the bag hard, and then turned to see where the voice came from.

I was frozen...it was Flic...I let out a laugh when my brain had caught up to me and what she had said registered...I didn't see the bag coming back from when I had kicked it and it almost knocked me over.

I rebalanced... Real smooth Alec...real freaking smooth.

I walked over towards her, "How are you?" I asked.

I was about to warn him about the bag but it was too late when it came back and almost knocked him over. He came over and I pretended it didn't happen just to make him feel less embarrassed.
"I'm okay... just well... walking around here is like walking around a maze really. I had to have several people point out the way here to me. What about you? Should I ask who I need to get to apologise to you?"

I smiled slightly then folding my arms a little before nodding back to the bag. "And would it be a bad idea to get you to show me some stuff now I'm here before I get whoever it is to apologise to you." I grinned again a little brighter hoping he would see I was joking around.

I couldn't help but smile and feel better, the fact that she was here, she commanded attention when she entered the room, or maybe I was just willing to give her the attention and whatever else she may want.

I shook my head yes, "I'd love to show you some stuff, and get you all nice and sweaty." I said jokingly as I walked over to the mats and looked into the mirror.

"This is your fighting stance." I said, as I had my stance, my left leg was forward and my right knee was bent and I was looking at her, "And you twist your body so that you protect your chest." I said, I wasn't sure how to explain it, so I just showed her. "Now you try." I said.

So maybe she was already good and knew everything, but it never hurt to show her the basics.
