Can I just point out that we don't know the Crone bought the totem from the demonic market? I'm guessing you assume she acquired it in Baby's First Demon, but we only see that she has it.

Interesting little factoid- in real life, the totem belongs to Brian Krause. He was the one to be inspired by it and bring the story to Brad Kern and the other writers.

It's been a few years since I last saw the episode, so my memories of how the Crone got hold of the monkey totem was shaky.
