'Nabana no Sato' Theme Park in Kuwana, Mie Prefecture, Japan.
They have annual winter light shows (Winter Illumination), this year it's scheduled to run until the 8th of March!

It's the 'Nabana no Sato' Theme Park in Kuwana, Mie Prefecture, Japan.
They say that the water illumination there is out of this world because you can listen to the beautiful sound of the river while watching vivid color changes! And because the LED technology used enables a production of 64 billion colors, the rapidly changing colors actually look more like the flow of the river.
