Could you please explain the whole Denver thing? I must have missed that part.

Mark has a patient, and she tells him about a former boyfriend who lives in Denver, and that when she gets out of the hospital that she's going to Denver to go get him. At the end of the episode(5x11), Mark then tells Callie he's "going to Denver," and then he goes over to Lexie, and then it's the beginning of Mark & Lexie as a couple.
