Yeah, I hope Grimmjow isn't dead. I think he was left laying in the sand in Hueco Mundo after Nnoita attacked him.

I hear Kubo's got more plans for the Espada (not sure which ones), and I also heard he commented once that he didn't know why fans thought Ulquiorra was 'gone'.

I don't know about a sequel. I don't think Orihime is ready for more Espada at her apartment. Certainly not Nnoitra!
