I think you should go back and inform him of the price match policy... and tell him his leeway is BS and he sucks at his job :D

Haha. He was nice to me, if a bit redundant and confusing in his explanations, so I'd feel really really bad telling him either of those things. I'm not very good at being mean to people :-P

That's gotta be some cookie, to be worth a hundred dollars.

Or perhaps they would give me a hundred dollars worth of cookies? I wonder if that would last a year at my apartment... signs point to "no".

No, the cookie isn't worth a hundred dollars. They just want you to think it is. :)
