Busy busy busy, where did my personality go??
I have lost touch with myself in the past year or so. I have been so busy doing what is 'normal' working 9-5 at a job I don't enjoy. It's very nice living comfortably and buying whatever I feel like to an extent. Valentines Day, Bathroom remodel, wedding
Valentines Day was pretty nice for me this year. My fiance Joe, his dad, and brother in laws took four days this weekend to redo the bathroom. They ran into a lot of problems after they ripped it open. We own an older home and a lot of the work under the walls is shoddy. Leo's almost THREE
Leo is going to be three in TWO DAYS and I can't friggin believe it. I'm actually kind of bummed about it, but it's so fun watching him grow up and become more independent. He is a riot. For the past year or so, I've felt much more comfortable in my role as a young mother. I get excited about spending time with my family and I adore and appreciate my son more than ever. Christmas clean up
I've been telling myself I would take down the Christmas tree for a week and a half. I've really been putting it off, but it's getting done TONIGHT, damnit. My coffee table has been full of Christmas crap I've gathered from around the house for two days and there are boxes sitting in my living room waiting to be filled. Hives!!!
Leo has been battling hives head to toe for one full week now. We can't figure out what is causing them. I have a hunch it's the laundry detergent, although it's the same detergent I've used since he was born. Sometimes I use Tide with bleach when his clothes get really dirty, but I've been using it for about a year and a half ( Read more... ) -
