hey, I didn't know there was a chapter 2 yet. Still going good. How long do you expect your story to be, chapter-wise? By the way, thanks for coming over and contributing.

I haven't set on a definite length. Just looking at the number of ships set out and the fact that I plan this to be an expansive battle (much more convincing than in DH), probably a fair number. I don't have a Beta but, as I'm writing it directly on here, constructive criticism would be more than welcome.

Going good. I like that Cho's not immediately jumping on Harry. Granted, being a Harry/Cho shipper, I would love it. But I like to see him seeing her again for the first time if you know what I'm saying. I like when I read stories that are after HBP where's Cho's not an emotional wreck and Harry could reevaluate her more positively.
Keep up with the good work. Can't wait to see how you rewrite the death scene or however you may do it!

PS...I don't know how much more room livejournal's going to give you in this post as the story grows. You may want to considering posting them on your livejournal in LJcuts, then linking them to this post. That will give you more room in the future. Just a suggestion.

Harry has to earn his second chance. Besides, the out of the blue thing is part of what made Harry/Ginny so abysmal in canon. Only part, mind, but a big part. It's not supposed to primarily be a romance. It's mostly a better substitute for the battle as it happened. I'm actually worried there's a bit too much fluff too early. Anyway, with the next chapter, I'll actually post it on ff,net or somewhere like that.
