A while ago I made those two sets of bottom-only dresses and I was psyched about the idea, but I didn't really do any more because other people started making them - which was great, but I just felt like the market had become somewhat saturated, as it were. However, when I saw the ruffle skirts with docs that Aquilegia made for her SS, I decided it was time for me to make another set.
