Great read. The 1st chapter was especially vivid, you did a great job laying out Eric's shock & his gut reactions to Vince/the hostage situation.

And your Drama is FAB. ‘Boutique fitness experience’ made me laugh my ass off, as did his Tiramisu Seal of Approval. good stuff.

Wow!

What a gem of a story.

Interesting world that you immediately dropped us into and it read so real that I bought it and was instantly engrossed.
Bank robbery and restaurant settings are faves of mine.

Very good character voices - sunny, amiable Vince. Tough guy softie Eric, big bro Johnny and fabulous Lloyd. Even the brief mention of Ari told us exactly who he was.

I really enjoy your writing.

Thank you so very much. I intended to reply right away, but the days got away from me. I appreciate that you took the time to read this especially since I'm new in the fandom. When I read saw the prompt bank robbery was the first scenario I thought of using. I wanted to get in a little more of Johnny & Ari but unfortunately I couldn't make it happen. It was quite the challenge, more difficult than I thought it would be. I'm glad I didn't miss the mark entirely.
