i miss you. i want to meet your boy. i want to see your car. i want to go canoeing and play pool and drink beer by a bonfire. i want to sit on the dock and walk to the ice cream store and watch the fireworks and ride bikes to the the graveyards. there's a picture of you on my desk. i think from now on, every time i think of spending money, i'm going to put it in a shoebox labeled "new york fund" instead of spending it.
