Hee! Beachtree just told me that you had posted a story I had to read.

I'm loving it!

I have *so* wanted a story that filled in these blanks. There was *such* potential, at the end of this ep, and I've yet to read anything that gave me what I wanted.

This story is doing just that.

Thank you.

:)

Thank you for reading and commenting. It means a lot to get feedback.

There are so many blanks TPTB never filled in -- so many organic stories they never told that I wanted to see. Sigh. Such untapped potential, sitting there right in front of them!

“You called me - of course I came.” love that
also like the early Ryan response, so unceratin, with very little to go on.

I always wanted to see what happened, after Ryan being convinced he was 'so out of here'. Thank you for reading & commenting!

Perfect description of both boys and their different reaction to the situation.
Poor Ryan. Conditioned through his past it's no wonder he thinks the worst and doesn't know what to make out of Sandy's reactions.
And hearing only parts of he phone call, of course I would think the worst.
After everything he has been through, it makes sense that he would believe it's all over.
TBC in the next part.

I'm always reading - you can be sure of that.
It was just the stress at work that kept me from commenting.
My brain was simply empty when I finally got home every night afer a long long day.

Oh, this is marvelous- an involved Sandy who's not assuming the situation will take care of itself. And there had to be some police/caseworker involvement in anything involving a kid on probation and 'gunshot residue ( ... )
