I think that is a wonderful letter. You seem to hit all the right points that are important.

Thanks and yes, you may. I will add you back. The HR director asked me today if I wrote the letter. I played stupid. But I did say to her, "If the person wrote it anonymously, don't you think they would probably rather remain anonymous?" duh! Going to a senior staff meeting at 2:00. It should be interesting to see if they address the letter there.

Well being in HR myself, I think you did the right thing. If your HR department has any credibility (which by the Director asking if you wrote it, makes me doubt they do) then he/she will address the letter at the Senior Staff meeting.

By the way, I am behind on updating my journal, so the latest in mid July. Going to update the rest of it tonight.
