Who, what, or where, is 'crank yankers'?

it's a show on Comedy Central in the US. They use puppets and tell rather off colour jokes. They have a disabled puppet named "Special Ed" and he wears a bike helmet. It's something that you sort of have to see, not easy to explain really. It's sort of along the same comedic lines as South Park..... Sort of.
