Oh no! That is terrible. How did you get home? Did you have to walk all the way?

Actually I was home all lastnight, I have been sick for two days and so didn't go out for New Years. My daughter and I stayed up to watch the ball drop.

I should be used to it - my car always breaks down during the Christmas/New Year holidays. Got a tow back thanks to the AA, but it took all day! No first footing my folks..
