I thought that was you in that corner, behind that large stack of books. I know what you mean about noise in the common room. I thought maybe it was just me and my lack of ability to concentrate.

Well, I guess the common room isn't really meant for studying anyway and on more than once occasion I've been known to contribute to the noise in the common room. Lately, however, I wish I didn't have to spend all my time in the library.

Isn't it perfectly awful how loud and busy the common room can be? I much prefer the library.

I agree. The common room doesn't have it's very own Madam Pince to make everyone be quiet and study.
