What, disco? It's a Muggle... dance hall thing, back home. Lots of glitter and bad fashion.

I thought muggles couldn't use chakra or magic. How is it they glow in sunlight in these dance halls without? Is the building enspelled?

No, they don't glow. The inside of the building -- the disco -- sparkles because of the lights and whatnot they put in there for decoration.

It's just kinda funny watching all the guys running around with their heads hanging in shame. Hnhnhaha!

I'm perfectly comfortable with sparkling. Doesn't make a damn bit of difference to me! I've been covered in worse than a bit of depression.
