i think this has happened before....i print posters for some label doods, and here one is, being sold on ebay...kinda neat to think about how far shit goes in the world...printed here, sent to the other side of the planet, now they're on some kids' walls...sad that a poster, nay, a piece of paper will see parts of the world i never will :(

i remember in high school, some teacher said something like, this generation is so apathetic, but that it's not our fault cause there's nothing to fight for, nothing to rally around or against. now there's something seriously wrong, and no one's doing a damn thing. i'm just as irritated at myself as i am at the rest of the country. i mean, we can write books about how corrupt the bush administration is, but 99% of the people who would actually read it are people who are against it anyways.
and all the washed-up hippies taught us nothing about standing up for things we believe in, it seems they just lost all credibility by melting their brains with god-knows-what.. am i way off?

no, yer not way off, yer right on....yeah, in my mind hippies don't = revolution, change, protest, freedom, etc....they = stinky, annoying, stinky, etc, etc, bad music, etc...

and fuck those hippies! they got to fuck off to no end and still grow up to be very successful with or without schooling (which was hella cheap for them)...

we came a generation too late....all the gettins gone and shit gonna be fucked up....maybe :)

my problem with protests is: people no longer pay attention to them, unless they are happening in the bay area of the pacific northwest, and we live in neither place :)

i think if everyone just talked (aka SLAPPED) some sense into their immediate family and some close friends, things would be better...my thinking being there's gotta be at least one brain in every bunch....close to it anyway.

grassroots. blowup something local. or just steal from work, i guess that qualifies :) :)

uh oh, i feel a politcal headached coming on...i can't participate is such conversations!
