Ahh, sleep

Winter break was glorious.  We slept as late as we liked.  We spent the few days after New Year's Day trying to get back on schedule.

But when the alarm went off yesterday morning I thought I had been hit by a truck.  The cats had been unusually rowdy in the night, and I don't sleep well to begin with.  After the kids left for school, I tried to go

I'm not sure what to try anymore. :(

I think what messed me up this time was getting off the routine. Once I get back on, my sleep won't be the best but at least it will be consistent

I forgot to mention, there is always sex. Tell DH he has an assignment. He is not allowed to stop until you are so relaxed you could fall out of bed, lol! :)
