 Dear God,

It's the eve of my last day at internship. one more day at work tomorrow. i cross my fingers and pray hard i am not late tomorrow! the biggest nightmare was 45 minutes. and a few times i've been late over the course of the past 5-and-a-half months.

yet Lord as i look back, i only feel thankful for the whole work experience at JC.

 I don't even know the meaning between 'weary' and 'dreary' but i am certain i'm feeling both these days. gaaah. so tired.

 It has been the BEST weekend ever.. 
Haven't been updating since May began. Kajang with the family was fine. i think my granny was very thrilled to spend the weekend with us, plus birthday lunch for my mother on 4th May, Monday. And then it was work again, cleared a few articles... and this weekend, my great escapade.

 I AM SO HAPPY i'm gonna disappear from Singapore for three days!

It's gonna be such a nice relaxing weekend and i don't even care what we do. Even if i stay in the resort the whole day and chill, that would be a blast. i guess now with my weekends so packed, i think the weekends are getting me more tired than weekdays, physically at least.

 I went swimming last week under the blazing hot sun. It was the 2 pm sun. i was so happy for the sun.. so i swam and swam.. and spent the last five minutes facing up trying to let my skin absorb a darker shade - but all i get as usual is the dirty tan look. But it's ok. i could finally bask in some sun again after so long.

Such a timeless (haha pun intended?) quote which many of us would probably agree with.

As cheesy as it sounds.. i always find myself using this analogy/idea in the first draft of my writings (ie: blog entries for work or previously in my essays ) but then i'd feel too embarrassed to let my editor/prof read my cheesy ideals so ( Read more... )

 Two nights ago i was feeling blabb about having to write an article by 5pm the next day (wednesday). usual feelings of inertia.. plus haven't transcribe the voice recording so i really felt reluctant to do it..

Anyway by God's grace, i managed to finish it and submit it to the editor.
