The back and forth flipping is confusing me...I keep going wait-whut? ...bu at the same time it's kind of intriguing because now I'm wondering exactly what did happen with them during Basing Se... ^0^

Sorry about the confusion...I did write a version where the flashbacks were in italics and the switching was easier to see but I felt like every time that happened the whole tone of the story changed, so I'm going with this style for now. I think it holds the tone better and It challenges me more as a writer to piece together the irregular timeline...

And i'm going to stop rambling but thankyou for the comment! And don't worry, all that happened in Ba Sing Se will eventually catch up to the present
