So I have gone on the treadmill every morning this week for at least 15 minutes, a mix of brisk walking, jogging and running. Crunches too! My iPod music helps so much, especially the times when I manage to almost trance out, stop thinking and just run/jog with the music. Hard to do though.

I'm so glad we got a treadmill last year - walking to the gym in the middle of winter was not appealing. I'm up to 2 hours a day at the moment, it's really easy to build up time/intensity :)
