Well in April 1865 the Union army had its chance and blew it to burn Richmond, VA to the ground. Lately, in it's attempts to "clean up" Richmond, I have never seen so many empty businesses and store fronts. Richmond survived the the freaking hurricane and now a earthquake. What's next a monsoon? So I try to do something nice for my parents before I leave by changing the litter boxes for 4 cats. Simple enough ....until the freaking box of litter rips opens and spills down the steps. Atleast the house smell "fresh".

I have been down that "poor me" road and it sucks. Not just for the person mired in self-pity, but for all his/her friends and loved ones as well. I find that it just results in a downward spiral, finally leading to complete chaos. As much as I might like to, I can't be there all the time for everyone.
