I'm very glad to see you. It's definitely good to see that you are feeling better. Yay for classes. As for the hacker evilness, I was like WTFFFFFFF for almost a whole day. I pm'ed LC on the board and was like "is it just mee? what did I do wrong?" and she probably thought I was a big dope but explained what was going wrong. It goes to show--I thought I was having withdrawal. What kind of evil person would want to mess with us Holmes nerds? What have we ever done to anyone, besides spout Sherlockian maxims and talk about Sexlock all day? What's wrong with that? EFF YOO I say. Evil fools. You guys are awesome for getting it up and running again so fast.
I am seriously behind on my drabbles as well. There is this thing called "real life" (I know, what is THAT??) that keeps creeping in. I can't figure it out!

Yes, seriously, can you believe that crap? I'm glad you PMed LC-- We didn't think that anyone was dopey who emailed and PMed! First of all, it was a mess because the only thing that we could do was to go into full lockdown, which meant that people couldn't even see what was wrong. That was hard and and frustrating for everyone. But I'll tell you what: It meant the world to me (and everyone) that so many people cared enough about HN to be concerned that things weren't working. That made my little heart go *SQUEE!*
I have no idea why anyone would target our site, but I'm telling you, Management is pissed, and we're doing even more to protect our Sexlock. I promise.
Thanks for the compliments! Invision was wonderfully helpful-- I'm really impressed.

I'm teaching Freshman English, and the quiz was just a wee writing exercise. But OH MY GRACIOUS did I learn that my dear things aren't... rolling... with the English language. Poor things.
