Hi :) Thanks for your interest in the NCIS Big Bang, and yeah, the event is usually short on artists. I haven't really been involved with it anymore the last few times that it took place, though, so I think your best bet is just to watch the community (ncis-bigbang) so you'll see when a new Big Bang starts up and then sign up as an artist.
