Hmmm… Do you think, when completing a performance review document, in the area marked “employee’s comments”, that it would be inappropriate to list as your only comment a short statement regarding the inane and pointless nature of performance reviews?

No other comment springs to mind funnily enough…

Hmmm. My employer does two a year. One to discuss goal, one to make training requests. Could you use the opportunity to ask them for stuff?
