My computer case, when I bought it, had a removable metal plate thingy screwed onto the case behind where the power supply sits, that made the hole smaller for smaller power supplies to be screwed onto… My old power supply was big, so I removed the metal plate so it would fit. You're looking for a power supply backplate. They're specific to the case so you'll need to go back to the manufacturer/reseller to get a replacement. Usually you can get two different plates, one to mount the PSU horizontally and another to mount vertically. It's cheaper to make two little plates rather than two different cases. *nod*

such plates are normally called blanking plates, because, well, they are blank =)

the trick with them is that they tend to be specific to the model of the case you are looking at, so to replace them means finding the manufacturer, and then finding if said manufacturer has spares...

or we could just make one =)
