Under the cut is the Permission for Naomi Kimishima. Some changes might be made in the future, but we'll just see what happens.

Human
Would other characters be able to sense your character's species?
Sense it? You just need to stare at her. She's just human, nothing in disguise at all.
Is there anything strange in your character's blood, DNA, etc that other characters might be able to sense?
Well, blood I suppose. Naomi has a genetic marker for a disease. She's been cured of it, but the trouble is she has a chance of going into relapse supposedly or passing it on... most likely a recessive trait.
Is it possible to read anything from your character's soul?
Nothing much except she has a small sliver of darkness. It's what remains from her surgeon days (getting her medical license stripped, "Devil Doctor", working for Delphi, etc)

Does your character have an ability that others might be able to sense?
Her abilities are really undetectable actually. When she uses her Healing Touch, the only thing really noticeable is the vitals recovering though I suppose there would be a small surge of power as it activates. As for the Death Calls, maybe the ominous aura around her phone will be noticeable, but other than that, nothing...
Is your character surrounded by something else that might somehow 'stick'?
I don't believe so? Maybe just a cool aura.
Can your characters thoughts be read?
They can, but she would hate you for it.
Is it possible to communicate with your character through telepathy?
Yes, but she won't be able to reply. Hell, it might make her think it's another power she's stuck with (and get irritated).
Is it possible to see what your character is doing through psychic powers?
Go ahead, but probably not worth it.
Is it possible to sense your character's location somehow?
Sure, why not.
Is it possible to sense your character's emotions? Intentions?
No, she's pretty good at covering that up unless you hit her berserk button.
Does your character have any mental walls or defenses up?
Yes. Very, very solid ones.
Can your character be mind-controlled?
She's just human so most likely.
How do you feel about 4th wall breaking?
It's alright, but only if there's room for it.
Is there something specific that you don't want anyone to know about your character?
Her past job. Before forensics, Naomi worked for Delphi, a bio-terrorist group responsible for GUILT (Gangliated Utrophin Immuno Latency Toxin). Her job was to collect samples and keep their 'patients' alive to see the virus' effects. Not only that, but she continued working as a surgeon just because she bargained her way out of jail. Now as a medical examiner, she's left that behind (though, it might make for an interesting CR if emergency surgery is really needed)

She's just human; why not? Of course, but she really better have done the crime she's arrested for.
Is it okay to approach you about hacking private threads? Alternatively, how technologically gifted is your character? Of course. Naomi is familiar with technology, but Little Guy is much more proficient at it.
Has your character died before? Can other characters pick up on this?
No, she has not died before.
