This morning I woke up early, read for a while, then cleaned my kitchen. I organized my recipes for the week, did my shopping (and didn't buy anything ridiculous or unnecessary), whipped up some lemonade, and repotted my basil plant. And I still have the whole afternoon ahead of me

How did you like it? I thought it was not bad--if I make it again I will probably add a couple of other layers of veggies--I think artichoke hearts would be really good. I have a lot of leftovers and I don't know how they will taste, but we shall see tomorrow!

I have just posted my thoughts here for the most part. I thought it was good but needed adjustment. I'm not sure I'd add more veggies, as I felt I wound up with too much on the crust for it to bake well, but maybe with less pesto underneath? I agree artichoke hearts could figure in there somewhere effectively, though. Or roasted asparagus
