Well Pixie is still holding on. She is very tired/weak. I am hoping it is because she is fighting off an infection and that she will get better. She is still eating and drinking but not very much compared to what she was doing a few days before. She is still getting her antibiotics twice a day and we wormed her last night to be sure that every

You're doing everything you can. Just keep giving her lots of love and food. If she makes it, that's wonderful! If not, she probably couldn't have made it no matter what you did. I'm rooting for you and her :) Also, antibiotics often make you feel kind of icky, so there's a slight possibility that's why she's sleeping a lot and not as hungry (Neo didn't want to eat as much when he was on antibiotics).

This is basically what I'm thinking and hoping for. She's such a sweet kitty but unfortunately she had a few misfortunes in her life before we found her and we can only hope she is strong enough to overcome them but if not she will know she was loved.
