Thank you! Yes, the ending was this close to mind-blowing, especially after all the tension in the scene before...hell, in the entire episode. I'm glad you liked this little response. ^^

Not sad at all that you wrote a reaction story. This was very nice to read in the morning.

Thank you! I really wanted to write those two throwing what they had out there after such a terrifying experience, rather than deep reflection. I'm glad you liked it.

Thank you for reading! We see quite clearly in the series that Neal is not the typical kind of thief and clearly works more honorably than his profession demands. I like to think that this kind of dick move on Fowler's part, especially with destructive weapons would kind of short circuit his brain.
And yeah, Peter is always awesome, but the emotion he bares in this last ep as he stands to lose everything, just makes him even more so, I think.

Uhh...I'm working on that for like a million years now, so it'll be up soon. Thanks for commenting!

This is random, but do you beta, by any chance?

I beta, but only a little bit... Limited by my schedule (if I'm prepping for/attending a convention or event, I drop LOTS of stuff) and by who I'm willing to nit-pick that carefully. If it's someone who makes careless mistakes every other sentence, I won't have the patience to do for them what they should've learned in middle school, and basically re-write the whole thing. (You pass this test...) If it's someone who thinks correct grammar isn't important compared to their story or characters, or who gets offended if I dare dissect their Perfect Prose, that too is someone whose writing style isn't a good "fit" for my ultra-finicky Grammar Maven editing. I don't want to lose a friend by hurting their feelings when I'm in focused nit-pick mode.

Oh, I understand. And all of those are good qualities, I might add. If you are willing and available at this time, would you consider beta-ing for me? If you want, I can send you a sample of the work to see if it fits your taste. I'm pretty much unoffendable, so whatever you decide is fine. ;)
