I train on bookkeeping software which is cross platform.
That makes it the only bookkeeping software that works on macs, so they are 60% of our clients.
The specific problem today was a client calling becuase they couldnt open a data file. Occasionaly you need to check the "show all files" button when using a mac, if the file had previously been opened on a PC. So assuming that I told her to start the software up and then try to open the data file
She replies that she had told me the software wont open. Although I'd sent only the data file

I blame apple's suposed user friendlyness, it's created a host of users who are utterly clueless.

I point at the service-level-agreement which nowhere mentions providing support for Mac-users.
Then I laugh that deep, enduring and satisfying manic cackle of happiness.

Oh, I dont have that on my laptop, she says.
