OMG...Hi, Chayenne. I've read your review 'bout the concert in Vienna, that keep interesting me so much, and I was so disapointed.. ( Your some sort of a desperate transmitted here on me through the srceen..( You see I used to talk to the girl who has been in Vienna concert too, and she told us the concert was great, public was normal and everything is Ok; I remmember the tweets of some other fan right from the hall, saying "everything is awful, fans act like a dead and etc ( ... )

Thank you for this essay. I´ve never been to a th concert or fan meeting or anything, so I don´t have any real "insider" knowledge of the fandom, but you just gave proof for my suspicion that the whole system is falling apart faster and faster. Sometimes it seems that fans aren´t in the fandom anymore because they are fans of the boys. They are in the fandom because they made friends there. They are in the fandom because they have projects like fanzines or homepages. They are in the fandom because they write fanfiction, which is also my reason to stick around. If there wasn´t a solid group of readers waiting for more and if the twins of my stories hadn´t become somewhat important to me over the last two years, I would have left the fandom for good already. The band itself hardly interests me anymore. Like you said: they leave their fans behind and feed them the same cliché interviews again and again. They aren´t the teenage band they used to be and they haven´t become professional adult musicians either. Tom´s jokes aren´t appropiate ( ... )

Oh, and I almost forgot. I've read your story and it was amazing and it tore me up so much inside, because you nailed it right in the heart. And you described the Vienna concert perfectly. THat's how it really was like. (I feel a bit proud here myself, since you used my account to write that scene...) All in all, it's good to know that fans can still inspire each other, right?
