I won't waste your time with apologies, just a warning that my muse if officially off the payroll. This was supposed to be the last chapter, but she refused to report to work. But here's this month's update anyway.

Beach! Trust you to be so knowledgeable and discerning. Nobody was supposed to notice the geographical inconsistencies here. I did research Cozumel when I started this story but that was, oh, years ago, and I'd forgotten everything ever learned about the place, so yes, the Cohens are quite likely to drive into the ocean at the rate they're going. But maybe, just maybe, they'll find their way back on track this month. We'll see. Meanwhile, thanks so much for sticking with this story.

I was just cruising through email on my way in and out and saw this... from last week? LJ has been gobbling up messages again and parceling out slowly, or so it would appear.

I wasn't trying to nitpick, but after the last trip to Cozumel with someone... directionally challenged, for lack of a better phrase, I remember the distances!

Oh my...I am only hoping this to end so poor Ryan can be saved (right?). For a second there I thought that Caleb had a heart.

I figured Caleb had to have at least a tiny heart, or even doting-daughter Kirsten would have seen his true colors long, long ago.

And I'm hoping this story ends too, just to be done with it. I can't even remember when or how it started!
