Big news, after lowering my calorie intake considerably and excercising 4 days a week for the past 2 weeks I have lost 18 lbs, i am down to 302, Its amazing to think I have hit almost 1/3 of my weightloss goal in only 2 weeks. the weight loss should slow now, but still continue on a pretty fast track.
