oh my god Che! That is so scary, sounds like a dream. What the heck did you you? Did you fall to the ground immediately or was it too surreal? Did your friends who were inside already know what was going on? I wouldn't want to go out again after that. Very uncool. I hope you aren't plagued by dreams or anything bad.

On a lighter note, good luck student teaching manana. You'll do amazingly I am sure. Did you end up with crappy 5th graders?

I think everyone in the line didn't know what to think at first and I'm pretty sure we all saw the guy at the same time and that's when we got down on the ground. It was most definitely surreal though. My friends inside had no idea what was going on outside. It was weird running in to avoid gunshots into a place where people were drunk and dancing and having a good time.

Thanks for the luck! I have first graders, just what I wanted. Hopefully all goes well. I hate first days.
