I've taken up the swimming that my doctor reccomended for my back. I've only been twice, and each time doing breastroke laps for an hour, but, by golly, i think it's working!! The day after my back feels great!! but then it deteriorates again, so if i calculate correctly, i should go once every second day to maintain good spinal health
