Please tell me If I'm going crazy

Like a month ago I catched this girl (jordanlover) who stole some of my colored screencaps and made icons (my caps), I asked her nicely but She lied to me and then deleted her journal.

A few days later, out of the blue, someone created this journal -> socult and started making icons.

q pesadilla de tia, lo q me pregunto es de donde saco la textura? porq aunke no fuese tuya, es decir q no la hicieras tu misma (q se lo dijeras pa q se jodiera vamos), y que ella diese justo con una textura MUY SIMILAR, it's kinda creepy...
Le has vuelto a decir algo mas?, lo mejor esq se cambia de lj asi tal cual como yo de bragas xDDDDD

It would've been alot nicer if you'd talked to me first before accusing me of being someone else.
NO I am NOT jordanlover and I'm sorry that she stole icons of yours, but I haven't.
The first icon, I hate to tell you, but there are dozens of iconmakers all around LJ that have done exactly the same thing. I'm sorry if you feel that I've ripped you off, but it wasn't my intention.
Also, I use alot of different textures in negative space on almost all my icons. You want the texture, i'll upload it for you, but I don't know what you expect me to say?
I haven't done anything wrong, and next time I'd appreciate it if you talked to my first before accusing me of stealing your icons, and tarnishing my reputation.

If it helps, the photobucket accounts of jordanlover and socult are different. I guess she coulda created a new photobucket, but seeing this leads me to believe they are different people. Additionally, I've seen a lot of icons with the style of the first pair you posted. I don't think it's anything to go crazy over.
