Oh, the little chinese girl who won the gold medal in the uneven bars is being investigated because it is suspected that she's about 14 instead of the necessary 16 or 15 turning 16 that year required to participate in the gymnastics. If it turns out she's too young, she'll be disqualified and the gold will go to the American.

Did you see when that Ukrainian girl, I think it was, went up to kiss her, and she was extremely reluctant? I mean, fair enough, have that professional rivalry but at the same time have a bit of class.

Oh for sure, I'm not saying she shouldn't be disqualified if she really has broken the rules, I'm just hoping she hasn't broken the rules. She did look eight, didn't she? So freaking young. That's my little brother's age. I can't even picture being good enough at anything to do it on a world stage at my age and I'm eighteen, the idea of doing it at fourteen or fifteen or sixteen is just crazy to me.

There is home team advantage... and then there's home team advantage I dunno if you've seen any one one one sports like the taekwondo or boxing... but (and I've only seen it with British/Irish players as our TV only really shows them) when any player seems to be playing against a Chinese guy, the judges seem blind sighted so they only award points to the Chinese and no one else
