A few posts down, I asked about how to make an easy mac'n cheese sauce. And well, after looking through all of the comments and doing some Google-fu of my own, I created my own recipe and it is so touch-your-self-delicious that I had to share! :D

I would've made a regular cashew sauce, but I didn't have nutritional yeast most of the required

Personally I am surprised that after all these years that nutritional yeast is becoming so popular it is still so difficult to find.

I'm completely addicted to Nutritional Yeast!!! I put it on or in just about everything I eat that's not sweet! Lol... Great B12 boost ;-}
