MAN, you're making me feel old!! I was 11 when I got the first book, with the last book coming out when I was 17 (so Harry's age) and the last movie coming out the summer after I finished college. So I grew up with HP, and it's just so emotionaaaaaaaaal. /has a lot of feelings

I can remember doing this meme (or at least a similar one?) a little while ago! Nice to see it making a comeback. :)

lol, it's funny, I just got a comment on fandomsecrets that was someone telling me they felt old when I mentioned how I felt about Finding Nemo "as a kid" ... But anyway, it's so cute that you read the first one when you were 11 and the last one when you were 17, and the movie coming out right after you finished college, it's perfect! When the last one came out over the summer everyone was all "wahhhh my childhood is over " and I was all " noooo Harry don't go, say it ain't so!"
Thanks! I appreciate Matthew Lewis's newfound hotness as much as the next person, but little!Neville was such a cute little kid. They were all so precious in the first movie (lol, I remember seeing it as a six-year-old and 11 seemed SO old to me, I thought they were so grown-up and cool. I was also terrified about seeing voldemort's second face on the big screen /coolstorybro)
