My birthday was amazing yesterday.  I felt so loved, and feeling loved is only the best feeling in the entire world.  There is just something about seeing people's away messages telling you happy birthday, getting e-cards in your in box, recieving phone calls and IMs out the wazoo.  It is just a friendly reminder that people do honestly care about ( Read more... )

As of today I can buy cigarettes (not that I ever would), play the lottery, get something pierced without my parent's permission...
As of today I turn 18, and as of today I am considered in many ways an adult.

So much has been going on.  Really.  Just lots of little moments that make me step back and grin from ear to ear - the type of smile that you could get lost in because you and everyone else around you is just that aware that it is on your face.  Really - what in the world could be better?

Yesterday after school I drove directly to Bri's to spend approximatly a half hour with Bri and Josh before I had to leave to pick up my sister from school (we all needed some hugs in the most major way).  And on the way home, the 88 Lebaron Convertible hit 'magic miles'  - 60,000!!!

Last weekend and this coming weekend act like reverse bookends.  This coming weekend officially ends my time in NFTY-OV and last weekend kicked off the coming year.  It is more than a little exciting, but also more than a little scary.  I can't believe that this is actually happening.
