My head's been spinning these last three weeks and it's making it extra difficult to get to sleep tonight. I gave my notice at my job earlier this week, and told my manager that my last day was to be next Friday. Winds of Change
The boyfriend got his acceptance for a new job, scheduled to start in November. To celebrate we spent 3 hours last night hoofing it around Jersey City, looking for potential new neighborhoods. Moving Forward 20 FINISHED
Finished the first draft of the final chapter of Moving Forward. Probably not the longest update gap I've had, but I'm so happy to have made this landmark, and slightly frightened of editing the beast I've unleashed. 9k words is definitely my longest chapter to date, and covers a significant stretch of time. Work and Writing and BBQ
Finished a craaazy week at work only to be reminded that BOTH of the co-workers I rely on for guidance and sharing workloads will be gone next week. Which is a 4 day week. Which means I have to assemble and post the 2 payrolls in 1 day. Not quite sure how I'll cope, but that's the fun of a challenge.

Bourne Legacy and Writing Update
After three weeks I am now three pages into the 19th and FINAL chapter of Moving Forward and it's totally dragging ass. I'm not sure if this new snail pace is due to lack of motivation, crazy workload, lack of creative time, or all 3. I've never attempted something so big and come so close to completing it. That Darned Doctor
I'm afraid that every time I sit down to write the Doctor my writing degenerates wildly into caricature and parody. I'd love to be a fly on the wall in the BBC magical writing room when they're hashing out his dialogue.
