Padraic and I had an amazing time in Austria. It was brilliant. The city was wonderful but we went on a day trip to one of the villages and it looked like a little Christmas village on a card or something. We loved it and we decided we're going back next year to the village for Christmas. I don't mind, it's not like my family is seeped in rich Christmas traditions and it's nice to have something to look forward to.
Padraic really loves Christmas. I didn't notice it like I did last year, but last year we were busy trying to be Mr and Mrs Padraic Ockley and getting used to each other and everything that goes with being married, but he really does love Christmas. It's brilliant, I think. I'm just sorry that it's over and we have to go back to reality. Padraic's already been back at training and I've got Wanderers/Falcons today.
I'd still rather be on holiday.
It was a wonderful holiday and we both needed it.
The Falcons are collectively playing like shit and I'm wondering if that has to do with the fact that they're not quite hungover from last night. Especially since Suk Kwan just tried to score on Oram Pritchard. Their stats for this match are going to be absolute shit.
Also, do you know what the odds were that the Kestrels Beaters would let a Cannon take out their Seeker? Even if he's back for the next match, that just doesn't look good. Do you know the last time the Cannons knocked someone out of a match?
Happy New Year everyone.
