I just hopped on the scale, and im ecstatic! I've lost over 20 pounds, thats a wonderful thing. been eating healthier and getting out of the house more, something i've needed to do again for a long time. *dances* very happy Keith. I gained a lot of weight over the past year, now I'm finally back to where I started and I'm going to stick this thing
