even though i am a bit flamboyant, i know a good chick flick when i see one! might i suggest steel magnolias, terms of endearment topped off with evening star, a league of their own, fried green tomatoes, & a dash of the ya-ya sisterhood. of course, you two need to stock up on the comfort food & kleenex for these movies. then get some clear eyes to get the red out. but i'm sure you know how to get rid of the red you crack ho.

I must see Beaches, but I've seen Steel Magnolias many times, and that movie makes me cry every single time. Another classic chick flick is Somewhere in Time with Christopher Reeves and Jane Seymour. Mom and I watch that movie and just bawl, but Message in a Bottle really tugs on her heart strings. ^^
