Naruto, maybe you should concentrate on becoming a CHUUNIN and then a JOUNIN before you can expect to be the Hokage; So you can't really say "soon". Especially when we still don't know a way to leave this world, don't forget.
You're probably still way too young to be Hokage anwyay. So a costume would be the closest thing you could get to being a real one for now.
