Please help me find her. She ran away wednesday night because she got grounded and that interfered with her plans. her friend ashley called to tell me shes worried because sunny wrote her on myspace and told her shes been partying with a 23 year old guy and had been drinking. Please call me if you see her. She liked to hang out downtown with her

Just curious.. If she is 13 and the drop in has a "No Report" policy... Isn't that illegial? I mean, you are her legal guardian, aren't you? Can't the police go there and get her? Espically when you have resonable suspision that she is with someone who is taking her drinking and therefore, assisting in the corruption of a minor?

or am I missing something?

The Drop In's main function is to provide a safe place for teens to hang out. Their sole intention is to be a safe place, and because they don't ever know the situations involving runaways...(and most runaways run because of bad home lives etc) they aren't required to inform the parents if their child is there. The only legal option for me concerning the Drop In center is to sit outside and wait until I see her and snag her then. I did end up finding her and shes safe and well.
